The additive is not classified as a hazardous product according to the regulations ADR (Agreement on Dangerous Goods by Road), IMDG (International Maritime Dangerous Goods Code) and IATA (International Air Transport Association). In the severity of human exposure, it is qualified as the fourth hazard class under GOST 12.1.007-76.
The additive is a combustible, hardly inflammable substance. Self-ignition temperature is 82 °C. The additive becomes explosive at a temperature of 270°C.
The additive can be handled by all vehicle types in accordance with the requirements for the relevant vehicle type.
The additive shall be stored under GOST 1510-84 in enclosed ventilated warehouses protected against direct sunlight exposure, and at least one meter away from the heating appliances. Storage temperature ranges from 0°C to 40°C.
The guaranteed additive storage life is 3 years from the manufacture date.

Therefore, it is not to be disclosed as provided by Paragraphs 1910.1200 (i) of Section 29 of the US Code of Federal Regulations (CFR).
